Carrots are not only yummy to eat, but their flowers are quite attractive.  Here are some photos from my garden.

Flowering Purple Haze Carrot

Roots of Purple Haze Carrot.  Pretty, but I have had tastier.  I made juice from them, the juice was purple.

Caroline Carrot.  Very tasty, grows well in my garden.

Caroline Carrot.  The insects love them too.

Caroline Carrot.  My son likes them too.  This one was harvested in December of 2004.  They grow well here Spring and Fall.
